描述了我国高职院校学生党建工作的现状:缺少有力抓手和工作载体,党建工作人员少、任务重,学生入党动机复杂,党建工作发展程序不规范等。探讨了以提高高职院校学生党建工作质量的工作思路:建立良性学生党建工作运行机制;加强党建工作队伍建设,把学生党建工作落到实处;加强动机教育,注重“质”“量”并举;规范学生党建工作秩序,以及创新学生党员发展工作载体等。
Describes the status quo of the party construction work of students in higher vocational colleges in our country: the lack of strong starting point and working carrier, the small number of party building staff, heavy tasks, motivation of students to join the party, and irregularities in the procedures for the development of party building. This paper discusses the working train of thought to improve the quality of party building in higher vocational colleges: establishing the operating mechanism of the party building for benign students; strengthening the building of the contingent of party building; implementing the party building work of students; practicing motivation education and paying attention to the “quality” Quantity "simultaneously; standardize the work order of student party building, as well as the carrier of innovative student party members development.
