水是生命之源,也是重要的能量来源,水利工程是让水充分发挥这些作用的关键。在现代经济中,需要运用财务管理手段对水利工程进程规划。在水利工程中,财务管理逐渐占据一个举足轻重的位置,它的重点是内部会计控制。水利工程的内部会计控制,可以整体提升工程的施工效率,节约资源,同时充分发挥监管功能。随着越来越多的资金进入水利投资领域,怎样通过财务内部控制经营好投资,对于整个投资来说至关重要,水利工程建设能否顺利完成,财务控制是关键,本文针对水利工程中在财务管理方面出现的内部会计控制问题进行了探讨,并且提出了相应的意见。
Water is the source of life and also an important source of energy. Hydraulic engineering is the key to making water play its full role. In modern economy, we need to use financial management methods to plan the process of water conservancy. In water conservancy projects, financial management gradually occupy a pivotal position, which focuses on internal accounting controls. The internal accounting control of water conservancy projects can improve the construction efficiency of the project as a whole, save resources and give full play to the regulatory functions. As more and more funds enter the field of water conservancy investment, how to manage the investment through financial internal control is crucial to the entire investment. Whether the construction of water conservancy project can be completed smoothly and financial control is the key is the key issue in this paper. The internal accounting control problem appeared in financial management was discussed, and the corresponding opinions were put forward.
