Professor Bogut McGonagall: After winning the first European “Design in Service” position in Europe since 1995 at the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, Germany, Ms. Bogart Maggie has been working in the area of service design for theory, Methodology, practical aspects of development. Many of her lectures, publications and projects focus on promoting a new perspective on service design applications in the economic, ecological and social functional areas. Bogjn MacGregor has worked in Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, Africa, Brazil, the United States, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Bulgaria, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Belgium State as a visiting professor for lectures and teaching.
