目的探讨兰索拉唑与西沙必利联合用药治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。方法分别对两药单用及两药联合使用的效果进行分组对比。结果联合用药症状改善率及胃镜下疗效明显高于单用组,有显著统计学意义(P＜0．01)。结论兰索拉唑联合西沙必利治疗反流性食管炎,有较高的治愈率和症状改善率,临床疗效明显优于单用兰索拉唑、西沙必利。
Objective To investigate the effect of lansoprazole and cisapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods The effects of the combination of two drugs alone and two drugs were compared respectively. Results The improvement rates of the combination therapy and the efficacy under endoscopy were significantly higher than those of the single use group (P <0.01). Conclusions Lansoprazole combined with cisapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis, a higher cure rate and improvement rate of symptoms, the clinical efficacy was significantly better than the single use of lansoprazole, cisapride.
