作为学校信息文献中心的图书馆是社会和学校信息化的主要基地之一,是服务于科学和教学研究的学术性机构。构建基于信息技术的图书馆管理系统,展开个性化图书馆服务,充分开发馆藏信息资源,是切实提高高校图书馆信息化管理水平的有效举措。
As a school information center, the library is one of the main bases of social and school informatization. It is an academic institution serving science and teaching research. Constructing a library management system based on information technology, carrying out personalized library services and fully exploiting the information resources of collections are effective measures to effectively improve the management level of informationization in university libraries.
