笔者首次提出企业养生的概念是基于如下考虑:企业经营管理包括企业培训机构存在太多的误区,企业家的健康存在太多的问题,而二者本来是有着内在联系的一个整体,却被人为地割裂开来,因此需要正本清源,回归正道。随着问题思索的深入,我发现必须创建新的理论体系才能释放能量并发挥作用,而理论系统的建构需要多个支撑点,是一个复杂而艰辛的过程,但也是一个能够完成并且愉悦的过程。
