辽宁省沈阳市和平区在全国率先出台一个引起社会广泛关注的举措:选派教师进社区。经过申报、选拔、审核、培训等程序,220名教师正式步入全区20个街道144个社区,开始新的人生征程。与全国其他地区社区教师不同,和平区220名教师进社区,并不是临时的、短时间的,而是角色的完全转变:教师们彻底与学校脱钩,变成街道编制下的一名真正的社区工作人员。有专家分析说,“百名教师进社区”工程,将是一种双赢的抉择。这不仅适应了目前教育人事制度改革的迫切需要,而且为社区建设注入了一股新生的教育力量,对加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设也将起到积极的推动作用。
Heping District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, took the lead in the country to introduce a measure that aroused widespread public concern: sending teachers into the community. After declaring, selecting, examining, training and other procedures, 220 teachers formally stepped into 144 communities in 20 streets in the whole district to start a new life journey. Unlike other community teachers in other parts of the country, 220 teachers in the zone of peace are not involved in the community for a short period of time, but a complete change in their role: teachers are completely disconnected from school and become a real community under the street system staff member. Some experts said that “one hundred teachers into the community” project will be a win-win choice. This not only meets the urgent need of reforming the current education personnel system, but also injects a freshman’s education force into community construction and will also play an active role in promoting and improving the ideological and moral construction of minors.
