二、矿山科研工作的特点我国矿山科研工作中所有的科研课题,无不来源于矿山生产和建设的第一线,经过科研人员辛勤的创造性的工作,所取得的科研成果,大部分在生产实践中得到了验证,相当一部分为矿山所采用。矿山科研工作的过程,就是为矿山生产和建设提供新的生产力的过程,同时也是激励科研人员进行再创造的过程。在这个过程里,可以看到矿山科研工作的一些特点,总起来,有以下五点:(一)科研课题的紧迫性与实用性矿山生产和建设中所提出的科研课题,一般都是直接影响矿山生产建设正常进行的技术问题,或是影响其发展的技术问题。因此说这类课题都有它的紧迫性。而对这样的科研课题,检查其是否完成,唯一的办法就是看它能否解决实际问题,所以它又具有明显的实
