职业病报告工作是职业卫生工作的重要组成部分,是反映、评估职业卫生工作的一面镜子,对于掌握我国职业病的发病情况、制定防制措施、消除职业病危害、防止职业病、保护劳动者的身体健康有着重要的意义,是政府制定相关法律、法规的依据。然而在职业病网络直报实际工作过程中存在多种问题:计算机网络配置不健全、系统不稳定、上网速度慢、报告卡准确性较低、直报人员不固定等,导致直报工作实际操作比较困难。只有加强领导、提高认识、完善和稳定网络直报系统、加强网络直报队伍建设、优化网络直报工作环境,才能更好地开展直报工作。
Occupational disease reporting is an important component of occupational health work and a mirror reflecting and assessing occupational health work. To master the incidence of occupational diseases in our country, we must make prevention and control measures, eliminate occupational hazards, prevent occupational diseases and protect the health of laborers. The important meaning is that the government formulates the relevant laws and regulations. However, there are many problems in the practical work of direct reporting of occupational diseases: the computer network configuration is not perfect, the system is unstable, the internet speed is slow, the accuracy of the report card is low, and the direct reporting personnel are not fixed, difficult. Only by strengthening leadership, raising awareness, perfecting and stabilizing the network direct reporting system, strengthening the network direct reporting team building, and optimizing the network direct reporting work environment can the direct reporting work be better carried out.
