我局是一个经营水路运输的港口企业。几年来,坚持抓好“五方面教育”,注意“五个结合”,发挥“五支队伍”的作用,使思想工作服从服务于经济工作,取得了较好的效果。 一、抓好五方面基本教育,提高职工基本觉悟 形势政策教育。我们根据党和国家各个时期提出的大政方针政策,结合当前社会变化的态势,企业面临的任务,对职工进行形势政策教育。增强改革意识、竞争意识、市场意识、危机意识。
