要提高学校德育质量,当务之急是防止和排除精神污染。教育工作者要站在这一斗争的前列。社会上各种不良信息,对学生的影响是严重的。广州的社会信息的特点是:渠道多、强度大、情况复杂。表现在: 一、外来人员带进来的不良影响。1981年以来,来广州探亲访友、旅游观光、洽谈贸易的港澳、华侨、外国人、平均每天四万多人。当然大多数是好人,但他们是从不同社会制的地方来的,思想观点、生活方式、言谈举动,以至服装打扮,无不打上资本主义的烙印。何况他们当中也还混杂了少数坏人,从事各种违法犯罪或敌对活动,对青少年起着严重的腐蚀作用。

All kinds of bad information in society have a serious impact on the students. Guangzhou’s social information is characterized by: many channels, high intensity, the situation is complicated. Of course, most of them are good people. However, they come from different social systems. They are from the ideological point of view, life style, speech and act as well as clothes, all branded with capitalism. Moreover, among them, there are also a handful of villains mixed with various kinds of crimes or hostile activities, which have a serious corrosive effect on young people.
