加快发展以武汉为中心的长江中游经济带(区)建设,尤其应该重视的是对国有企业产权的改革。本文对区域经济结构优化与国有企业产权改革的关系、两者结合度低及不协调的的原因做出了分析,并指出了改进的方向:坚持四个结合。最后,提出了长江中游经济带(区)发展战略思路和其它措施。
Accelerate the development of the economic belt (area) in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River with Wuhan as the center, with particular emphasis on the reform of the property rights of state-owned enterprises. This paper analyzes the relationship between the optimization of regional economic structure and the reform of property rights of state-owned enterprises, the reasons for the low and inconsistent combination of the two, and points out the direction of improvement: adhere to the four combinations. Finally, the author puts forward the strategy of developing the economic belt (area) in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and other measures.
