机关事业单位的工作人员一直都是参照国家公务员的待遇来建立养老的模式,目前已经严重不符合我国现实社会的经济发展现状,有鉴于此,笔者特提出自己的一点建设性意见,以供参考。
The staff and workers of government agencies and public institutions have all along been setting pension models in the light of the treatment of state civil servants. At present, they have seriously violated the current economic situation in our country. In view of this, I propose some constructive suggestions for reference .
