目的通过调查抗菌药物指标,了解心血管内科抗菌药物应用情况。方法使用计算机信息系统对2013年心内科1244份出院患者病历的抗菌药物使用信息进行统计分析。按相关标准设计抗菌药物应用调查的表格。结果住院患者抗菌药物使用率逐渐降低,但7月份相对偏高;门诊患者抗菌药物处方比例逐渐降低。结论我院心血管内科在抗菌药物使用方面基本合理,对治疗性使用抗菌药物送检率不高,有待进一步加强。
Objective To investigate the use of antimicrobial agents in cardiovascular medicine by investigating antimicrobial agents. Methods A computerized information system was used to analyze the use of antibacterials in medical records of 1244 discharged patients in cardiology department in 2013. According to the relevant standard design antimicrobial application survey form. Results The inpatient use of antibacterials gradually decreased, but in July was relatively high; the proportion of antibacterials in outpatients decreased gradually. Conclusions Our hospital cardiovascular medicine is basically rational in the use of antimicrobial drugs, and the detection rate of the use of antimicrobial drugs for therapeutic purposes is low, which needs to be further strengthened.
