新一轮的课程改革,带来了教育理念、内容、方式方法等方面很大的变化。今天的教育,最大的变化是从封闭走向开放,传统的教学方法和学习方法已不适应新的教材。思考和探究是教师教学的灵魂,新教材的教学更需要教师不断地研究和探索。教师的基本功固然重要,但更重要的是如何去驾驭。教师在教学中只有通过思考、探索,才能发现问题,才能寻求解决问题的方法和技巧,才能达到解决问题的目的,才能提高教学能力和教学效果。
