1998年元月中旬,锦州市政府锦州凌川酿酒总厂在北京人民大会堂举行隆重的新闻发布会,穴藏百年宫庭贡酒“道光廿五”问世。锦州凌川酿酒总厂位于辽西走廊要塞锦州市高新科技园区,是全国食品行业质量效益型先进企业。其历史可追溯到清代嘉庆六年(公元一八零一年)满人显贵高士林创办的“同盛金”烧锅,迄今已近200年历史。其时所酿之白酒大多进奉朝廷,名盛一时,被尊为宫庭宴酒。因凌河如带,环绕锦城,山川掩映,风光旖旎,故而得名“凌川白酒”。目前,这个具有200年酿酒历史的国家大型生产专业企业共有职工2000人。其中专业技术人员252人;拥有先进、科学独特的酿酒技术,各种手段手段齐备。厂区占地面积9.3万平方米,年产销各种白酒达1.5万吨;是国内生产规模大、技术力量强、产品水平高、档次齐全、经济效益好的大型白酒生产基地。 1996年6月,凌川酿酒总厂在老厂搬迁时在地下发掘出了清朝道光乙巳年(公元1845年)穴藏的宫庭贡酒4吨,距今已有152年,经国家权威部门组建有关专家鉴定,这批穴藏了一个半世纪的贡酒实属“世界罕见,珍奇国宝”,取名为“道光廿五”。穴藏贡酒的发现,“道光廿五”的问世是中国酒界的一件大事,对研究中国酒发展史和酒文化及考古都有重大意义。
In mid-January 1998, the Jinzhou Lingchuan Brewing Company of Jinzhou Municipal Government held a grand press conference at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Jinzhou Lingchuan Brewing Co., Ltd. is located in Jinzhou High-tech Park in the west of Liaoning Province. It is a quality and efficiency advanced enterprise in the food industry in China. Its history can be traced back to the “Tongshengjin” pot created by Manchu noble Gao Shilin in the Jiaqing six years (AD 1180) in the Qing Dynasty. It has been nearly 200 years old so far. At that time, most of the liquors brewed went into the imperial court and became famous as a court feast. Because of the Linghe belt, surrounded by Jincheng, mountains and rivers set off, beautiful scenery, hence the name “Lingchuan liquor.” At present, this national large-scale production professional enterprise with 200 years of winemaking history employs 2,000 people. Among them, there are 252 professional and technical personnel; with advanced, scientific and unique winemaking technology, various means and means are available. The factory covers an area of 93,000 square meters, with an annual output of 15,000 tons of various liquor. It is a large-scale liquor production base with large production scale, strong technical force, high product level, complete grades, and good economic benefits. In June 1996, Lingchuan Brewery excavated 4 tons of Gongting Gongzi in the underground cave of Daoguang Dynasties (AD 1845) during the relocation of the old factory. It has been 152 years since its inception. The department organized the relevant experts to appraise that the tribute wines that had been hidden for a century and a half in these batches were actually “a rare and rare treasure in the world,” and were named “Daoguang Five”. The discovery of acupuncture and Tibetan tribute wines revealed that the advent of “Daoguangjianwu” is a major event in the Chinese wine industry and is of great significance for the study of the history of Chinese wine development, wine culture and archaeology.
