将分段集结原理同多项式正交配置方法有机地结合起来,开发了一种新型的分段正交配置简化模型化方法。有效地克服了由精馏塔变量的不连续性所引起的模型误差,显著地提高了数学模型的准确度。通过对某丙烯腈萃取精馏塔的稳态仿真,充分证实了这种模型化方法的优越性。
By combining the principle of piecewise assembly with the method of orthogonal configuration of polynomial, a new method of modeling the piecewise orthogonal configuration has been developed. Effectively overcomes the model error caused by the discontinuity of the distillation column variable, and significantly improves the accuracy of the mathematical model. The steady state simulation of an acrylonitrile extractive distillation column fully confirms the superiority of this modeling method.
