目的:对肾上腺皮质激素在呼吸内科的临床应用效果进行观察。方法:选择2015年3月至2015年10月该院所收治的120例呼吸内科疾病患者,对其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例患者,对于治疗组的患者采取肾上腺皮质激素配合常规治疗的方式,对于对照组的患者采取常规的治疗方式,对于两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果:治疗组患者的治疗有效率相对于对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:相对于常规方式来说,肾上腺皮质激素治疗方法具有较强的有效性,在呼吸内科临床应用中具有独特的优势,值得在临床实践中进行推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of adrenal cortex hormones in respiratory medicine. Methods: A total of 120 patients with respiratory diseases admitted to this hospital from March 2015 to October 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 patients in each group. Patients in the treatment group were given adrenocorticotropic hormone With the conventional treatment, patients in the control group to take conventional treatment, the treatment effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results: The therapeutic efficiency of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The adrenal cortex hormone therapy is more effective than conventional methods and has unique advantages in the clinical application of respiratory medicine. It is worth to be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
