目的:观察盐酸丙卡特罗(美普清)治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法:采用单盲随机对照法。试验组用(盐酸丙卡特罗)50μg bid共264例,对照组用阿司咪唑(息思敏)10mg qd,共122例,两组均连续服用两周。结果:盐酸丙卡特罗组有效率为82％,阿司咪唑组有效率为88％,无显著差异。结论:盐酸丙卡特罗不仅是支气管扩张剂,还有一定抗过敏作用,对治疗过敏性鼻炎有较好的疗效。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of procaterol hydrochloride (Meipuqing) in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods: Single-blind randomized controlled trial. A total of 264 cases of test group (procaterol hydrochloride) 50μg bid, the control group with astemizole 10mg qd, a total of 122 cases, two groups were taken continuously for two weeks. Results: The efficiency of procaterol hydrochloride group was 82%, and the effective rate of astemizole group was 88%, with no significant difference. Conclusion: Procaterol Hydrochloride is not only a bronchodilator, but also a certain anti-allergic effect, the treatment of allergic rhinitis has a good effect.
