螺旋锥齿轮在制造和应用上发展极快,目前它已被广泛用于汽车拖拉机中央传动机构上,完全代替了直齿锥齿轮。从现有资料看到对它的理论研究还较少,满足不了生产应用的需要,尤其是对它啮合的动力过程描述极少。本文中,作者将收集到的东方红—75拖拉机中央传动螺旋锥齿轮啮合印痕资料,利用运筹学方法导出了一描述啮合动力过程的最佳印痕位置方程,同时提出利用啮合传递线段来形象地分析传动动力过程。所有这些都是为了使用和制造者将感性知识提高一步,以便正确地对螺旋锥齿轮付进行调正和维护,从而延长其使用寿命。

All of this is for use and manufacturers to increase their perceptual knowledge by one step in order to correctly correct and maintain the spiral bevel gear, thus extending its useful life.
