现代高压高炉设计中,均压是必有的装置,但在常压高炉搞均压,就会有多余感.传统概念是:常压高炉不设均压,料钟尚能打开;均压后会使炉顶装料操作复杂化;设备和投资、维修工作量与经营管理费都会增加.可是深入一步研究,发现常压炉顶不均压是不合理的. 目前,我国有效容积在300米~3以下的高炉炉顶均压是极个别的,更小的高炉为了实现“小高压”操作而曾使用过,但不完善.马钢三个炼铁厂共有13座高炉,都未均压.
