一、引言 《Palenting》钢丝是目前工业应用的高强度材料之一。这种材料系将高碳(0.6~0.85%C)钢奥氏体化后在其TTT图形珠光体鼻子稍下温度的铅浴中进行等温处理,再经深度冷拔加工,而获得高强度和足够高韧性的。目前,国内外Patenting钢丝生产工厂仍广泛采用铅浴等温处理。 然而,铅蒸汽及氧化铅(粉尘)具有很强的毒性,不采用特殊的防护措施,将会造成环境污染,而且消耗的金属铅是一种重要的战略物资。因此,Patenting钢丝不用铅浴进行热处理是钢丝行业的一项重要研究课题。
