[目的]了解各类型公共场所顾客用品的消毒情况,为开展日常性卫生监督检测提供依据。[方法]对2004~2008年平顶山市卫生监督所直接管辖的公共场所顾客用品检测资料进行分析。[结果]2004~2008年合计检测公共用品6 920份,合格的6 189份,合格率为89.44%。各年合格率分别为89.49%、87.86%、90.35%、91.03%、88.76%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。旅店合格率为91.00%,休闲娱乐场所为81.90%,理发美容店为79.63%,三者间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);旅店客房用品合格率为93.30%,卫生间用品合格率为84.30%,前者合格率高于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);理发美容店毛巾、围巾合格率为91.67%,刀、梳子合格率为63.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]平顶山市部分公共场所用品的消毒管理有待加强。
[Objective] To understand the disinfection of customer supplies in all kinds of public places and provide the basis for routine health supervision and testing. [Methods] The testing data of customer products in public places directly under the supervision of Health Supervision Office of Pingdingshan from 2004 to 2008 were analyzed. [Results] A total of 6 920 public goods were tested in 2004-2008, 6 189 were qualified, with a pass rate of 89.44%. The passing rates in each year were 89.49%, 87.86%, 90.35%, 91.03% and 88.76% respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Hotel passing rate was 91.00%, leisure and entertainment 81.90%, barber beauty shop was 79.63%, the difference between the three was statistically significant (P <0.01); hotel guest room pass rate was 93.30%, toilet pass rate was 84.30%, the former qualified rate is higher than the latter, the difference is statistically significant (P <0.01); barber beauty shop towel, scarf pass rate was 91.67%, knife, comb pass rate was 63.16%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The disinfection management of some public places supplies should be strengthened in Pingdingshan City.
