目的识别、分析和评价某化工企业新建工程项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,为建设项目的设计提供必要的职业病危害防护对策和监督管理提供依据。方法采用类比法和综合分析法,对拟建项目可能产生职业病危害因素进行定性、定量评价。结果通过类比企业现场调查,确定该项目生产过程中可能产生或存在的主要职业病危害因素20多种;检测结果氯氢压缩机巡视点噪声超过标准及部分岗位照明未达标外,其余作业场所粉尘和毒物符合国家职业卫生标准。结论拟建项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目;拟采取的防护设施基本符合国家标准要求,从职业卫生角度分析,项目的建设是可行的。
OBJECTIVE To identify, analyze and evaluate the possible occupational hazards and the degree of harm caused by the new construction projects of a chemical enterprise, and provide evidences for the design of construction projects to provide the necessary occupational hazard prevention measures and supervision and management. Methods The methods of analogy and comprehensive analysis were used to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the potential hazards of occupational diseases in the proposed project. Results Through the field investigation of analogy enterprises, more than 20 kinds of major occupational hazards were found or existed in the production process of the project. The noise of inspection points of chlorine-hydrogen compressor exceeded the standard and part of the job lighting did not meet the standards. Poison in line with national occupational health standards. Conclusions The proposed project belongs to the construction project with serious occupational hazards. The proposed protective facilities basically meet the requirements of national standards. From the point of view of occupational health, the project construction is feasible.
