主管人体新领域科学规划的国际可行性研究委员会在3月4—5日于东京举行了第三次也是最后一次的会议.1937年六月在威尼斯工业国家经济首脑会议上日本提出了人体新领域科学规划,目的在于阐明基本生物功能,是一次国际联合风险事业的尝试。委员会已达成一致意见:参加国的政府和科学机构将彼此合作,在下述报告的基础上实现人体新领域科学规划.同时预期日本将在今后七年中为此提供重大财政资助。
The International Feasibility Study Committee, which oversees scientific planning in the new area of human health, held its third and final meeting in Tokyo from March 4-5 and in June 1937 Japan presented a new area of humankind at the Industrial Economy Summit of Venice Scientific planning, the purpose is to clarify the basic biological function, is an international joint ventures attempt. The Committee has reached agreement that the participating government and scientific institutions will work together to achieve scientific planning in the new area of humankind based on the following report, while Japan is expected to provide significant financial support for this in the next seven years.
