淮南矿区是肾综合征出血热(Hemorrhagic feverwith renal syndrome,HFRS)的流行区,疫区类型为鼠源性,矿区特有的环境场所(如工棚、井下行道)为鼠类的孽生提供了适宜的条件,鼠体孽生有恙螨、革螨等多种螨类,这些都是传播HFRS病毒(Hemorrhagic feverwith renal syndrome virus)的重要媒介。为了查明淮南矿区健康人群HFRS病毒的隐性感染情况,我们于1996～1997年对淮南矿区某煤矿26～55岁不同年龄段的健康矿工进行了HFRS病毒隐性感染的调查,现将结果报告如下。
The Huainan mining area is a endemic area of Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS). The epidemic area is of a murine type. The mine-specific environmental sites (such as sheds and downcomers) Conditions, there are chigger mites, leather mites and other mites, which are all important media for the transmission of Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome virus. In order to identify the latent infection of HFRS virus in healthy population in Huainan mining area, we investigated the hidden infection of HFRS virus from healthy miners of different ages from 26 to 55 years old in a coal mine in Huainan Mining Area from 1996 to 1997. Now we report the results as follows.
