1994年是贯彻落实党的十四届三中全会精神的第一年,也是深化经济体制改革重要的一年。在新的一年里,我市工作总的指导思想和要求是:以邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义的理论为指导,坚持党的基本路线,贯彻落实党的十四大和十四届三中全会精神,抓住我市被列为全国配套改革试点城市和经济发展机遇,解放思想,锐意改革,扩大开放,推进全市经济和社会的发展,加快建立社会主义市场经济的步伐;切实加强党的建设、廉政建设、社会主义精神文明建设和民主法制建设,确保全市经济和社会主要计划指标的完成,为实现成都市第八次党代会提出的各项任务开好头、起好步。
The year 1994 is the first year to implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee and an important year to deepen the reform of the economic structure.
