《目前形势和我们的任务》是1947年12月25日毛泽东在陕北米脂县杨家沟召集的中共中央会议上所作的报告。在中国革命浪潮空前高涨的形势下,为准备夺取全国胜利,中共中央举行会议,分析和总结全国形势,毛泽东的报告就是对当时形势的一种分析和判断。报告在分析新形势的基础上,提出了人民解放战争转入战略进攻后需要解决的政治、经济、军事等方面的政策问题。考量今年浙江的经济与信贷形势,银行业在切实防范风险的同时,努力增加信贷供给,加大对小微企业信贷支持力度,将成为今年开拓市场的重要任务。这与当年毛主席的分析形势颇有相似之处,资金投放与军事运用,都是促进形势发生变化的主要因素,必须予以高度重视。
“The Current Situation and Our Task” is a report made by Mao Zedong on December 25, 1947, at a meeting of the CPC Central Committee convened by Yangjiagou in Mizhi County, northern Shaanxi. Under the unprecedented rise in the tide of revolution in China, in preparation for the victory of the entire country and the meeting of the CPC Central Committee and the analysis and summary of the national situation, Mao Zedong’s report is an analysis and judgment on the situation at that time. Based on an analysis of the new situation, the report proposes the political, economic and military issues that need to be resolved after the People’s Liberation War was turned into a strategic offensive. Considering the economic and credit situation in Zhejiang this year, while banking industry earnestly guarding against risks, efforts to increase credit supply and increase credit support for small and micro enterprises will become an important task for opening up markets this year. This is quite similar to the situation analyzed by Chairman Mao in that year. All funds and military applications are the major factors that have contributed to the changes in the situation and must be given high priority.
