目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子α(Tumor neerosisfaeto-α,TNF-α)在2型糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)患者中的变化。方法采用放射免疫法测定78例2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者及78例健康体检者(对照组)血清TNF-α水平,超声检查试验餐胃排空率,观察糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃排空率与TNF-α的关系。结果 2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者中TNF-α水平较对照组明显增高(P<0.01),说明TNF-α与糖尿病胃轻瘫存在一定的关系。结论 2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者TNF-α表达水平明显增高,说明TNF-α在2型糖尿病胃轻瘫发病中起一定作用,进而影响糖尿病患者胃排空。
Objective To investigate the changes of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) in patients with type 2 diabetic gastroparesis (DGP). Methods Serum TNF-α levels were measured in 78 patients with type 2 diabetic gastroparesis and 78 healthy subjects (control group) by radioimmunoassay. Gastric emptying rate was measured by ultrasonography. The gastric emptying rate in patients with diabetic gastroparesis Relationship with TNF-α. Results The level of TNF-αin patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with gastroparesis was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01), which indicated that there was a certain relationship between TNF-α and diabetic gastroparesis. Conclusion The expression of TNF-α in type 2 diabetic patients with gastroparesis is significantly increased, indicating that TNF-α plays a role in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes with gastroparesis and further affects the gastric emptying in diabetic patients.
