煤业集团的内部财务管控工作贯穿整个企业管理的全过程,整个经营活动的开展必须在集团内部良好的控制机制下进行。相较其他行业而言,煤业集团的财务管理工作有着很强的特殊性。其中的财务预算和成本控制,作为现代企业财务管理的重要手段,一直备受重视。本文主要针对煤业集团的财务预算与成本控制出现的一些问题进行分析,并为加强煤业集团的财务预算与成本控制提出一些合理化的建议措施。
Coal Group’s internal financial control work throughout the entire enterprise management process, the entire business activities must be carried out within the group’s good control mechanism. Compared with other industries, coal group’s financial management has a very strong specificity. One of the financial budget and cost control, as an important means of modern enterprise financial management, has been highly valued. This article mainly analyzes some problems appearing in the financial budget and cost control of Coal Industry Group and puts forward some reasonable suggestions to strengthen the financial budget and cost control of Coal Industry Group.
