2001年9月9日《文汇报》的国际新闻版,有一个醒目的标题“阳光政策’化寒流”。“阳光政策”是韩国总统金大中提出的为同北方缓和、促进朝鲜半岛和平进程的一项政策。作为一个中国人,我对这个政策也是很赞成的。但一看这个标题,不免吃了一惊:怎么,这么得人心的一个政策,竟然化为一股寒流?真是可惜。且慢,待我看罢文章,才知并非这么回事。原来作者所说的“化”是化解的意思。一个是化为寒流,一个是化解寒
