近百年历史的宝蕴楼是故宫里唯一一栋现存的西洋小楼,位于故宫西华门内、武英殿西,是民国时期在原清朝咸安宫旧址之上建造,现存三座西洋式二层楼阁及一座咸安宫遗留的大门(即咸安门)。它建成于1915年,总建筑面积约1650平方米,长期作为文物库房使用。现在建筑的屋顶瓦面、大木结构、内外装修装饰、油饰彩画及院落地面等均有不同程度的破损,亟待科学而谨慎的保护修缮。
The nearly 100-year-old Baoyu Floor is the only existing small western building in the Forbidden City. It is located in the West Gate of the Forbidden City and west of Wuying Hall. It was built on the site of the former residence of Xian’an Palace in the Republic of China during the Republic of China. The existing three West- Storied pavilion and a door to the legacy of Haman Palace (ie, Haman). It was built in 1915, with a total construction area of about 1650 square meters, long-term as cultural relics warehouse use.
