Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee has decided to implement the policy of reform and opening up, China has attracted a great deal of attention due to the large scale and speed of foreign investment. A comprehensive and systematic assessment of the impact of foreign investment on the economic and social development in our country has become a major research topic put forward in the practice of socialist construction in our country.
