小学一年级学生是最不好管理的,因为他们年龄太小,很多事情都要靠老师来料理,所以,小学一年级班主任是最不好当的。这里就自己的切身体会谈几点看法:一、培养习惯,常抓不懈学生良好行为习惯的养成不是一节课、一两天就能实现的,它是个漫长的过程,需要老师在平常的教育教学过程中逐渐地培养。
