今年8月22日,云南省造林绿化签字仪式在玉溪市隆重举行。副省长保永康代表省人民政府分别与全省17个地州市分管林业的副专员、副州长、副市长签订了造林绿化目标责任状。责任状为期5年,具体时间为1991至1995年,期满后再行签订。云南省造林绿化目标责任状包括三方面的内容:一是造林绿化责任目标;二是林业资金投入;三是检查验收及奖惩办法。图为保永康副省长(左二)和各地州
On August 22 this year, the afforestation signing ceremony in Yunnan Province was held ceremoniously in Yuxi City.
