根据前向式多叶片离心通风机噪声治理原则[1],采用整流丝网对其实施降噪治理。本文首先阐述整流丝网的降噪机理,然后,针对整流丝网降噪措施造成的压力损失过大和高频噪声升高的问题提出了一种实用的风机降噪措施优化方法,并以这种优化方法为指导,以降低风机比A声级为目标,对整流丝网降噪措施进行了大量的试验优化,确定了降噪效果好的整流丝网诸参数。
According to forward-type multi-blade centrifugal fan noise control principles [1], the use of rectification screen to implement its noise reduction. In this paper, firstly, the noise reduction mechanism of the straightening screen is expounded. Then, a practical method to optimize the noise reduction of the fan is put forward in view of the problems of excessive pressure loss and high-frequency noise caused by the noise reduction measures of the straightening screen. Optimization method as a guide to reduce the wind turbine A sound level as the goal of the noise reduction measures for the rectification of a large number of wire mesh optimization test to determine the noise reduction effect of the rectification screen parameters.
