妇幼保健组织机构是执行妇幼保健管理任务的组织体制。它表现在这个组织各部分排列顺序、空间位置、聚集状态、联系方式以及各要素之间相互联系的一种模式。根据妇幼保健工作的性质、任务和发展,如何合理设置妇幼保健组织机构,使妇幼保健组织以发挥较大的效能,是我国目前保健机构建设中亟待研究解决的问题。本文根据目前妇幼组织机构中存在的问题,现提出妇幼保健机构设置的初步设想。
Maternal and child health care organizations are the organizational systems that perform maternal and child health management tasks. It is represented by a pattern in which the various parts of the organization are arranged in order, spatial location, aggregation status, contact information, and interrelated elements. According to the nature, tasks and development of maternal and child health care, how to rationally set up maternity and childcare organizations and make maternal and child health organizations more effective is an issue that needs to be studied and solved urgently in the construction of current health care institutions in China. Based on the current problems in the organization of women and children’s organizations, this article proposes a preliminary idea for the establishment of maternal and child care institutions.
