荞麦(Fagopyrum esculentum Moench.)无菌苗下胚轴切段在含不同激素配比的MS培养基上进行愈伤组织诱导,发现在 2. 0 mg/L 2. 4-D与 1. 5 mg/L 6 BA组合时,可100%地诱导出愈伤组织。愈伤组织在含 1.5mg/L 6BA和1.5 mg/L 2.4-D的激素条件下继代培养1代后转入含2mg/L 6 BA和1mg/L KT的 MS培养基上,计有80%以上可分化出苗。转入0.2mg/L NAA的 1/2MS培养基上则可诱导出根。研究建立了荞麦离体诱导高频率再生植株的实验体系。
