以进口司巴沙星片为试验药与国产洛美沙星片随机对照治疗急性细菌性感染５９例，司巴沙星开放试验治疗皮肤软组织及肠道感染２２例，共计８１例。两药均每日口服１次，每次２００ｍｇ，疗程７～１４ｄ，随机对照试验中试验药与对照药总有效率分别为９３．３％与８２．８％，细菌清除率分别为９６．７％与９２．９％，药物不良反应发生率分别为６．２５％与６．６７％。开放试验司巴沙星治疗皮肤软组织、肠道感染２２例，临床有效率１００％，细菌清除率１００％，药物不良反应发生率１３．６４％
The imported sparfloxacin tablets as the test drug and the domestic Lomefloxacin tablets were used for the treatment of 59 cases of acute bacterial infections. The sparfloxacin open test was used to treat skin and soft tissue and intestinal infections in 22 cases, a total of 81 cases. The two drugs were taken orally once daily for 200mg for 7 to 14 days. The total effective rates of the test drug and the control drug in the randomized controlled trials were 93.3% and 82.8% respectively, and the bacterial clearance rates were 96.7 % And 92.9%, adverse drug reactions were 6.25% and 6.67% respectively.
