中国设备管理协会1998年度全国宣传工作会议1998年9月15～18日在黑龙江省黑河市召开.来自江苏、浙江、安徽、广东、北京、上海、内蒙古、湖北、江西、吉林省吉林市、湖南永州、河南新乡、神华集团等地区和行业的设协以及胜利石油管理局、九江石化总厂、新疆克拉玛依石油管理局、新疆八一钢铁集团公司等国有大型企业及部分乡镇企业的代表出席了会议.湖北和江西的代表刚刚从抗洪前线下来,便赶来参加会议,显示了他们对会议极为重视.
The China National Equipment Management Association’s 1998 National Conference on Propaganda was held on September 15-18, 1998 in Heihe, Heilongjiang Province. From Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Guangdong, Beijing, Shanghai, Inner Mongolia, Hubei, Jiangxi, Jilin Province, Jilin, Hunan Representatives of large state-owned enterprises and some township enterprises including representatives from Yongzhou, Henan Xinxiang, Shenhua Group and other regions and industries, and Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau, Jiujiang Petrochemical Plant, Xinjiang Karamay Petroleum Administration Bureau, and Xinjiang Bayi Iron and Steel Group Company attended the conference. The representatives of Hubei and Jiangxi have just come down from the flood front and come to the meeting to show that they attach great importance to the meeting.
