HL-43生根剂的研制是以难生根的经济植物(包括经济林木、果木花卉等)、园林绿化树种为研究对象,探讨其难生根机理和解决途径。历经5年的研制、推广与应用,一直受到有关部门领导和用户单位的好评。1996年该成果获国家教委科技进步奖,并在1997年获第四届中国花卉博览会科技奖。一、HL-43生根剂的研制扦插繁殖能保持母本优良性状,因而成为许多花卉、观赏植物主要的育苗方法之一。使用生根剂处理插条是扦插繁殖成功与否的重要关键,也是提高扦插成活率必不可少的技术措施。目前,由于市场的发展,花卉生产上需要既能解决珍稀花卉、树木生根困难的问题,又能用于盆景树桩上盆前的催发新根,还能广泛适应多种植物扦插的广谱性高效生根剂。为此,我们以难生根植物材料为对象,采用正交试验设计,经过5年的反复研究,从45种不同复合配方中筛选出高效广谱性的HL-43生根剂,并通过了省专家委员会鉴定。经过小试、中试和推广应用,共成功地扦插146种植物,其中学术界公认的
