本文立足于四川实施跨越式发展战略 ,在分析外贸持续稳定快速发展是实现四川跨越式发展的重要环节的基础上 ,通过分析四川外贸发展不足的原因及各原因间的关系 ,指出外贸经营管理理念滞后是制约四川外贸发展的根本因素 ,创新外贸经营管理理念是有效推动四川外贸发展的关键 ,并进而阐述了创新外贸经营管理理念的途径。
Based on the implementation of the leapfrog development strategy in Sichuan Province, based on the analysis of the sustained, stable and rapid development of foreign trade is an important part of the leapfrog development in Sichuan Province, by analyzing the reasons for the lack of development of foreign trade in Sichuan and the relationship between the reasons, this paper points out that foreign trade management philosophy Lagging is the fundamental factor restricting the development of foreign trade in Sichuan. Innovative management concept of foreign trade is the key to effectively promoting the development of foreign trade in Sichuan and elaborates on ways to innovate the concept of foreign trade management.
