能量代谢为细胞的基本特性,除满足细胞在各种功能状态下的能量和生物合成需求外,同样参与信号级联反应调控细胞的功能及命运.能量稳态是维持细胞生存和正常功能的重要条件.近年,细胞代谢与功能之间的关系成为对各种代谢性疾病、肿瘤及自身免疫性疾病研究的热点.T淋巴细胞为一类重要的适应性免疫细胞,参与调节多种炎症性疾病的发生发展.因此T淋巴细胞能量代谢引起了越来越多研究者的关注.本综述中我们主要关注T淋巴细胞能量代谢与其激活、分化和功能之间的关系及相应调节机制,并初步探讨其在免疫炎症性疾病中的潜在治疗前景.
