Objective: Sepsis often accompanied by increased expression of tissue factor (TF), causing coagulation disorders. Platelet and leukocyte interactions can promote leukocyte expression of TF, enhance coagulation activity. Previous studies have shown that heat shock factor 1 (HSF1) can reduce tissue damage and reduce mortality in sepsis. This study was to investigate the effects of HSF1 on platelet activation, platelet-leukocyte interaction and leukocyte TF expression in endotoxemia. Methods: Endotoxemia was induced by HSF1 knockout (HSF1 - / -) and wild type (HSF1 + / +) mice. Flow cytometry was used to detect peripheral blood platelet and leukocyte adhesion and leukocyte TF expression. Results: (1) Physiology
