目的运用3D超声照射大鼠头部不同时间后,探讨其脑组织神经元细胞超微结构的变化。方法将12只大鼠随机分为六组,除对照组外,其他组均运用3D超声分别予以大鼠头部10、20、30、40min及50min的照射,3d后脱臼处死,取出大鼠脑部,用2%戊二醛固定24h,透射电镜常规制片,透射电镜下观察、拍照。结果 3D超声照射大鼠头部10、20min后,脑组织神经元细胞的超微结构未见明显变化。照射30min以后,胞浆内见线粒体、内质网、少量溶酶体,并见线粒体极排列紊乱、少量线粒体空泡变性。照射50min后,异染色质增多,胞浆内见线粒体、内质网,线粒体空泡变性、电子密度减低。结论 3D超声照射大鼠头部20min内,大鼠脑组织神经元细胞的超微结构未见明显变化,照射30min以后,大鼠脑组织神经元细胞超微结构受损,并随照射时间延长递进增加。
Objective To investigate the ultrastructural changes of neurons in brain of rats by using 3D ultrasound to irradiate the head of rats for different time. Methods Twelve rats were randomly divided into six groups. Except for the control group, rats in other groups were subjected to 10, 20, 30, 40 min and 50 min irradiation with 3D ultrasound respectively. After irradiation for 50min, heterochromatin increased, cytoplasm see mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondrial vacuolar degeneration, electron density decreased. Conclusion The ultrastructure of neuronal cells in rat brain after 3D ultrasound irradiation for 20 minutes showed no significant changes.
