邓小平同志一生曾担任过党和国家许多重要领导职务。1954年4月至1956年9月,担任中央秘书长的邓小平同志兼任中央组织部部长。在此期间,他对中组部的工作十分重视,亲自参加部务会,主持讨论重大问题,紧密围绕党的中心任务开展组织工作,并大力加强党的组织建设和中组部的自身建设,在党的组织工作历史上留下了不朽的业绩。
During his lifetime, Comrade Deng Xiaoping held many important leadership positions in the party and the state. From April 1954 to September 1956, Comrade Deng Xiaoping, who served as the central secretary general, served as minister of the Central Organization Department.
