患者女 ,2 7岁。因头痛 1周 ,加重两天 ,伴喷射状呕吐而入院。患者于 10天前因足月妊娠行剖宫产术 ,手术后当晚曾大发作抽搐一次。体格检查 :生理反射存在 ,右上肢霍夫曼征阳性 ,余病理征未引出。Ｘ线检查 :心肺膈肌正常。ＣＴ扫描 :左侧顶叶可见 3.92ｃｍ×3.4 4ｃｍ大小不规?
Female patient, 27 years old. Due to a headache for 1 week, increased two days, accompanied by jet-like vomiting and admitted to hospital.
