本文采用二阶导数光谱法测定中药复方制剂三黄片中盐酸小檗碱和黄苓甙的含量。样品提取液可不经分离,在UV-300型分光光度计用几何校正法,在751G型分光光度计上用代数校正法消除光谱干扰,直接进行测定。结果表明,采用UV-300型测得盐酸小檗碱的百分含量为1.24~1.42%,平均回收率101.0%,CV1.35%;黄芩甙百分含量3.87~3.53%,平均回收率96.2%,CV1.0%。用751G测得盐酸小檗碱百分含量为1.35~1.45%,平均回收率97.8%,CV2.76%,黄芩甙百分含量为2.59~2.58%,平均回收率92.4%,CV1.8%。
In this paper, the second derivative spectrometry was used to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride and berberine in Sanhuang tablets. The sample extract can be separated without any separation, the spectral interference is eliminated by algebraic correction on a Model 751G spectrophotometer using the geometry correction method of the UV-300 spectrophotometer, and the determination is performed directly. The results showed that the percentage of berberine hydrochloride measured by UV-300 was 1.24-1.42%, the average recovery was 101.0% and CV was 1.35%, the percentage of baicalin was 3.87-3.53% and the average recovery was 96.2% , CV 1.0%. The percentage of berberine hydrochloride measured by 751G was 1.35-1.45%, the average recovery was 97.8% and CV was 2.76%. The percentage of baicalin was 2.59-2.58%. The average recovery was 92.4% and CV was 1.8%.
