在文献资料研究的基础上,通过问卷调查等方法对周围地区老年人舞蹈锻炼情况及他们的身心健康状况进行了分析研究,从而了解舞蹈在中老年人身体和心理方面的作用及意义,以便更好地鼓励广大中老年人把更多兴趣投入舞蹈健身方面,促进生理心理健康发展。结果表明:舞蹈锻炼不仅能够促进中老年人身心健康,而且在文化修养及社会关系等方面都具有重要的积极意义。所以就先阶段舞蹈锻炼的发展而言,我们应该大力推广舞蹈健身,让体育舞蹈逐渐成为中老年人健身的首选运动方式。
Based on the literature research, we conducted an analysis of the elderly people’s dance exercise and their physical and mental health in the surrounding areas through questionnaires and other methods, so as to understand the role and significance of dance in the physical and psychological aspects of the elderly in order to make more Good to encourage the majority of middle-aged and older people to put more interest in dance fitness, to promote the healthy development of physical and mental health. The result shows that dance exercise can not only promote the physical and mental health of middle-aged and elderly people, but also play an important and positive role in cultural accomplishment and social relations. Therefore, in terms of the development of the dance exercise in the first stage, we should vigorously promote the dance and fitness so that the sports dance gradually becomes the preferred exercise mode for the elderly.
