为落实党的十五大精神,实施国有大中型企业减员增效、走出困境的新路子,山东铝业公司工程公司做了认真的探索和有益的尝试。 在当前市场经济激烈竞争中,一些国有大中型企业面临着严峻的挑战,企业不改革就没有出路。作为山东铝业公司这样的特大型企业,1998年实行整体改制和股份制改造,精减机构和人员。部分职工、科级干部甚至处级干部都面临下岗分流的问题。工程公司未雨绸缪,率先在全公司实行了减员增效工作。
